The School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences (FMSB) of the University of Yaounde I was founded in 1969. The school is located in the capital city of Yaoundé, with a student body of over 2,000 students. The FMSB offers a variety of medical-related courses, including Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Public Health and More. The Cameroonian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research accredits the FMSB. It is also recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO).
