The University of Parakou (UP) is a public university located in Parakou, Benin. It was founded in 1999 by the government of Benin as the second public university in the country, after the University of Abomey-Calavi. The UP has a total of 10 faculties, offering a wide range of undergraduate and graduate programs. he UP offers a variety of courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels. From 1000 to 10,000 students can be enrolled at the University of Parakou.
The School of Medicine offers the following medical-related courses: Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Public Health and More. The school is located in a vibrant and growing city.
