One of the Middle East’s oldest and most prominent medical institutions is Cairo University’s School of Medicine. The university’s main campus in Giza was established in 1908 and has been here since then. The school offers a 6-year MBBS program that leads to the Doctor of Medicine degree. The program is accredited by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education.
