Overview

The School of Medicine at Busitema University is a prominent public medical institution in Mbale, Uganda. Since its inception in 2013, it has rapidly established itself as one of the country’s newest and most progressive medical schools. As an integral part of Busitema University’s Faculty of Health Sciences, this institution is committed to shaping the future of healthcare. At the School of Medicine, we offer an exceptional six-year program leading to a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) degree.

The School of Medicine is affiliated with Mbale Regional Referral Hospital, the largest teaching hospital in eastern Uganda. This affiliation provides students access to various patients and clinical conditions.
