The School of Medicine at the University of Global Health Equity (UGHE) is committed to training the next generation of global health leaders to deliver equitable and quality health care to all. The school offers a six-and-a-half-year, dual-degree Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS/MGHD) program, combining rigorous academic coursework and practical field experience.
The MBBS/MGHD curriculum covers all aspects of medical science, from basic sciences to clinical medicine to public health. Students learn from world-renowned faculty who are experts in global health delivery, and they have the opportunity to work with leading international health organizations such as Partners In Health. UGHE graduates are eligible to practice medicine in many countries around the world.
